This Cookie Policy explains how Smartshave Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), company number 12184698, registered office 4th Floor, 14 Museum Place, City Centre, Cardiff, CF10 3BH, uses cookies and similar technologies on smartshave.co.uk (the “Website”). It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use personal data more generally.
2. What are cookies?

Analytics cookies (optional, only with your consent)

Google Analytics collects information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and time spent on the Website. We use this information in aggregated form. We do not currently use advertising or social media tracking cookies. If we start to, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
4. Third-party content and payments
When you pay for an order, you are handled by our payment provider, Square, which may set its own cookies to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. We do not control these cookies. Please see Square’s privacy notice at squareup.com for details. Our emails are sent using Mailchimp, which may use tracking pixels to tell us whether an email has been opened or a link clicked, but only for people who have chosen to receive our marketing emails.
5. Your choices and how to manage cookies
Our cookie banner. When you first visit the Website, you can accept or reject optional cookies. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of any page, or by clearing your cookies in your browser, which will make the banner appear again.
Your browser. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. How you do this depends on the browser, but you can usually find the settings under “Options”, “Settings” or “Privacy”. Our marketing emails. You can stop tracking in our emails by unsubscribing using the link in any email, or by turning off image loading in your email program.

We use strictly necessary cookies because they are needed for the Website to work and to provide the service you ask for. We use analytics cookies only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. This is in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and the UK GDPR.
