CHEST AND
BODY HAIR
Longer hair and bigger areas need a slightly different approach. Here is the routine.
Short answer: to shave your chest or body hair, trim it short first, soften it in a warm shower, apply plenty of gel or cream, shave with the grain using light strokes and rinse the blade often. Moisturise afterwards and wear loose clothing to reduce itching.
Body hair is usually longer and thicker than facial stubble, so a razor clogs fast. A little preparation fixes that.
The body-shave routine
Use clippers or scissors to take hair down to short stubble.
Action: Trim before you shave.Give the hair a few minutes of warm water.
Action: Wait, then shave.Body hair needs a generous, even layer for slip.

Yes. Longer hair clogs the razor and makes it tug.
Regrowth can itch. Moisturise, wear loose clothes and avoid hot, long showers.
Many people use a separate cartridge so longer body hair does not dull their face blade.
Use a fresh blade, shave with the grain, avoid very close passes and exfoliate gently on non-shave days.
A short trim, warm water and light strokes make body shaving comfortable and quick.
